Invoked from mid level's scsi_unregister_host. LLD's implementation of this function should call scsi_unregister(shp) prior to returning. If not supplied mid-level [in hosts.c] supplies its own implementation (see scsi_host_legacy_release) which is for old ISA adapters so it is best not to use it.
