int eh_host_reset_handler (struct scsi_cmnd * scp);
Returns SUCCESS if command aborted else FAILED
struct Scsi_Host::host_lock held (with irqsave) on entry and assumed to be held on return.
Invoked from scsi_eh thread. No other commands will be queued on current host during eh. With the default eh_strategy in place, if none of the _abort_, _device_reset_, _bus_reset_ or this eh handler function are defined (or they all return FAILED) then the device in question will be set offline whenever eh is invoked.
