int via_syscall_down (struct via_info * card, int nonblock);

nonblock
boolean, non-zero if O_NONBLOCK is set
 

DESCRIPTION

Encapsulates standard method of acquiring the syscall sem.

Returns negative errno on error, or zero for success.
