Making the right sort of difference: bugs and what to do with themBioPaper Audio
A romp through bug-reporting adventures, what I learned from them, and whether it made a difference.
It will probably include: spotting bugs, narrowing them down, working out where and how (and whether!) to report them, what you do next, and (for developers) how to put your users off ever reporting them again; and (for users) how to ensure that no-one is ever going to look at your bug.
The best tools I have found for all of this will also make an appearance. Some of them may be surprising.
