ntfs super block describing device whose mft mirror to check
DESCRIPTION
Return TRUE on success or FALSE on error.
Note, this function also results in the mft mirror runlist being completely
mapped into memory. The mft mirror write code requires this and will BUG
should it find an unmapped runlist element.
