ARGUMENTS

An allocated and populated subsytem struct. We don't use it tho.
- buf

The output buffer to write to.
DESCRIPTION
We will call this function to format the output of the 'info' attribute file.
Please refer to PDC Procedures documentation, section PDC_STABLE to get a
better insight of what we're doing here.
