ARGUMENTS

The device structure to use
- ioaddr

An I/O address to probe at.
DESCRIPTION
The actual probe. This is iterated over by #el1_probe in order to
check all the applicable device locations.
Returns 0 for a success, in which case the device is activated,
EAGAIN if the IRQ is in use by another driver, and ENODEV if the
board cannot be found.
