DESCRIPTION

This is a helper function for netiucv_tx.

param conn Connection to be used for sending. param skb Pointer to struct sk_buff of packet to send. The linklevel header has already been set up by netiucv_tx.

return 0 on success, -ERRNO on failure. (Never fails.)
