People sending word/excel/publisher documents that OOOffice can't deal with.  Now asks people to save as RTF if need be.

CPS Website wouldn't work for ages until Hugh talked to Martin and they tried a different JVM

When we change to the VIA system, had problems with SSL using the 686 libraries which don't work on the VIA chipset.  Bit of hacking around to force it to use 386 ones instead

Abiword occassionally types backwards (fred becomes derf but derf is mirrored)
