End Users Can Actually Use Linux
If someone else sets it up for them

It's not as easy as Microsoft Windows
There has to be some mitigating factor

People learn how to use Linux (to begin) by osmosis
Remote examples less 'advanced' than local ones
Implies that LUGs are important
Implies there is a 'critical mass'
